Slade DeZeler has spent over three decades building more than just projects—he’s built teams and relationships, and he has a reputation for leading with integrity, hard work, and genuine respect for the people around him.

Starting his career as a millwright apprentice, Slade has always had a hands-on approach. He values the grit, skill, and problem-solving that come with working in the field. As he advanced into leadership roles, eventually becoming an Operations Manager at The Boldt Company, he never lost that front-line mindset. Today, he leads complex industrial and commercial projects with a deep understanding of what it takes to bring them to life—on time, on budget, and with a focus on quality and safety.

But ask anyone who knows Slade, and they’ll tell you his greatest strength is his ability to connect with people. Whether mentoring a young apprentice, navigating project challenges with clients, or collaborating with crews in the field, Slade leads with respect, consistency, and a team-first attitude.

Outside of work, Slade is all about family, friends, and the outdoors. Living in Minnesota means there’s always a new season to enjoy, and you’ll find him fishing, snowmobiling, four-wheeling, camping, or just soaking up time with loved ones.
